Centrum andragogiky predominantly focuses on complex systematic services in education and the development of adults. Counseling services, consultations, education and training programs are also a key aspect of our work. We offer both soft and hard skills training that when used in conjunction together improved results. We also focus on process optimization in order to make individuals work more effective. We assist businesses and institutions seeking and applying for financial support from the European Social Fund or from other such funds for this educational training. Our headquarters are in the city of Hradec Králové, others branch offices are located in Prague, Nymburk, Hustopeče (near Brno) and Bratislava. Centrum andragogiky is a proud holder of the ISOcertificate 9001:2008 Our company has held the Fair Play Company title for three years in a row. Executive head and owner of our company Mrs. Marie Jírů was awarded the Manager of sector – Education in competition Manager of the year 2006. We ranked a mongst the top ten companies of the Hradec Králové region in „The company of the year 2010“ competition. In the year 2009 Centrum andragogiky has established a non-profit organization called Chance for Education. Its mission is to help socially and medically disadvantaged people orientate in the modern world and also help them to adjust back in to society. This goal is fulfilled by means of consultation and educational programs.
