The Kettle Falls Five is a company and brand that grew out of our 5 year battle against the United States Government, fighting for our freedom to use medical marijuana as prescribed by our doctors under Washington State law. We successfully beat the DEA at Federal Trial in Spokane, WA and at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals where we officially ended the prohibition of medical marijuana in all 50 states, drawing a final line in the sand and adding the straw that broke the cannabis prohibition camel's back.
