I am a qualified, deeply and extensively experienced Therapeutic Counsellor, Life Coach and Facilitator, certified with the Counsil for Counsellors in South Africa (CCSA). My practice, Awakening into Wholeness is safe, confidential and non-judgemental, with an integrated, person-centered and somatic approach, gently and nurturingly encouraging my clients to work at their own pace. I follow the Psychosocial model, which embraces the Spiritual, Emotional, Physical, Cognitive, and Social (Relationships) aspects of who we are. This model teaches a self-honouring way of being, ensuring connection and creative interaction with others - in resonance, balance and wholeness.
