They are located in Annandale, Arlington, Merrifield, Reston, and South County Alexandria. RPSV, an award-winning peer-supported nonprofit supports ~9,000 Northern Virginians every year. Our oldest participant is 84 and ~35% of those we serve are veterans. RPSV currently offers 15 weekly virtual telehealth support groups and a Warm Line for those in need of assistance. In July, RPSV also began reopening some of its facilities that were closed due to COVID-19. The open centers are in Annandale, Arlington, and South County Alexandria. RPSV also offers customized support groups for businesses in the community to help team members work through the challenges of working during the pandemic. One-third of Americans are now facing clinical anxiety or depression due to COVID-19. That number will undoubtedly increase as the uncertainty of the pandemic continues. RPSV is committed to providing essential programs and services to help achieve a successful recovery. As a peer-based organization, all who are employed at RPSV are individuals in recovery.
