Jotna Nigeria, the service arm of the Jotna group began business operations in 2000. Jotna Nigeria was established to provide general shared services for the companies within the group. This strategic decision was made to create a central processing unit to standardise & automate processes and render services excellently to help each business unit thrive. In 2020, the business was repositioned to become a centre of service excellence by building internal capacity to become domain experts in all areas of her service delivery to the group of companies and also render expert services to external companies in the near future.
