Messy Roots allow our Growers to create their own mindfulness experience. Growers take advantage of the following opportunities: Leadership Community Circles - Bring your challenge to a small group coaching session. Other leaders in the session will help you come up with solutions! Leadership Lock-ins - Imagine for the next 48 hours you can focus on a goal! No disruptions. Just you! That’s the leadership lock-ins! Mindfulness Leadership Retreats - are two-day experiences focused on providing our Growers with in-depth tools to help them grow. We also host a spring summit called W.I.L.D! Mindful Leadership Masterclasses - are sessions based on topics to help Growers build leadership skills and get unstuck. Wellness Wednesday - is a midweek 10-minute meditation session to help our Growers find peace and be present. With all of our programs, Growers will receive a certificate that they can apply to mindfulness leadership development and continuous education credits.
