WHO WE ARE Diri Legal was founded in 1990 by Hayri Diri in Izmir and continued its operations since then under the title “Diri Law Firm” by serving prestigious clients operative in different sectors both in litigative and non-litigative matters. With the participation of the Firm’s Managing Partner Ms. Nazan Diri Bal in January 2018, the whole team is renewed and the Firm is restructured by a new generation touch. The brand is amended as “Diri Legal” as an indication of a change of vision and of willingness to put another brick to a strong wall built by the Firm. Now, with the second generation behind the wheel and the new and highly capable team who previously worked in prestigious firms and companies, Diri Legal continues its operations as an independent and full-service law firm in both its Izmir and Istanbul offices, with affiliated colleagues in Ankara, by providing high level legal consultancy services to both local and foreign clients.
