Back2Office.ie are developing a dataset that can support large, complex office-based companies plan their staff re-deployment back to office working. The model determines measures of: Covid health risk ( due to age and underlying medical conditions) Essential for Office-based working Motivation to return to Office-based working Each Employee is assigned a 1-5 rating on the 3 measures A Suitability rating is a summary score of the 3 measures Back2office will provide a report to the Employer of the scores to identify which staff are: Most Essential ( rated by team leader ) Most Motivated ( self rated by employee ) Most Covid health risk tolerant HR and Management can use this dataset to support re-deployment planning back to the office from early 2021
