Gumbo Limbo Nature Center, Inc. d/b/a Friends of Gumbo Limbo is a 501c3 non-profit organization that works to support the mission of the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center in Boca Raton, Florida. GLNC, Inc. fundraises, advises, advocates, and supports programs in alignment with the mission of Gumbo Limbo, which is to 'Inspire coastal and marine stewardship". Programs inspiring stewardship of coastal and marine ecosystems are offered for adults, children and families through Gumbo Limbo Nature Center. Programs vary from education (science courses for K-12 children), animal-focused (Sea Turtle Rehabilitation Facility and other sea turtle programs), environmental conservation (Butterfly Garden and Hammock guided walks), and many more special programs.
