The Army Residence Community (ARC) is a Continuing Care Retirement Community/Life Plan Community. At the ARC, we welcome all officers, whether retired or honorably discharged from all branches of service, as well as, senior level GS 14 and above, federal employees, to include spouses and surviving spouses. We offer independent living through the continuum of care. Currently there are over 700 retirees living at the ARC in San Antonio, TX. The residents can enjoy an abundance of amenities here including: putting green, pool, library, game rooms and more. The Army Residence Community is a nonprofit who's mission is to provide the finest atmosphere for retirement to allow residents to be as independent as possible, yet free to use the community's services and amenities as they wish - all at the most reasonable cost commensurate wit the offering of first class quality services.
