Fit Associates equips leaders and groups for the difficult work of socially complex challenges. If your work is fundamentally driven by a desire to move to a more sustainable and equitable society, we want to equip you with skills, methods, and personal capacities. Since 2009, we have been developing a catalog of learning experiences and materials, building on our long experience with organizations and communities, design practice, facilitation, systems, and the arts. This material has been refined with clients and in graduate school classrooms, and we are eager to apply it in support of whatever crazy challenge you might be facing. We do this through: - Workshops and training, - Facilitation of conversations, events, and retreats, - Long-term capacity-building programs. All are designed to build skills in social system essentials, group co-creation, relationships and communication, managing emergence over the long term, and the personal development needed for such work. We have particular affinity for people who are engaging with society's most urgent challenges, or working to shift complex multi-stakeholder situations.
