The Whales Rugby Academy is a community-based organization based in Uganda that builds futures using a combination of Tag Rugby and mentoring to engage young vulnerable people and uplift communities. We want to to give children across the country the opportunity to engage in our sporting programmes, led and mentored by ex-professional Uganda front row Fortunate Irankunda and Try and Stop Us global ambassador Lucky Nirere. We use rugby to inspire, raise self-esteem and give vulnerable children the confidence to develop and become who they want to be.
