CICD - College for International Co-Operation and Development is Another Kind of School! We are a residential college and a non-profit company. offering courses for volunteers preparing to do for developmental work in Africa and India. We welcome students from 18 years and up, from all walks of life, who are eager to learn about the world and contribute to a positive change. Since 1998, CICD has been in partnership with the NGO Humana People to People. Since the start, CICD has trained over 1500 volunteers for projects in India and Africa. The projects address issues such as health & hygiene, education, food security, environmental protection, prevention of disease, nutrition and micro finance. Our programmes range from 4 to 12 months Our pedagogy puts you as the student in the driving seat of your education. The study and training environment is based on co-operation and team work, and Learning By Doing is an important pedagogical method!
