After decades in University research into High Performance computing at Caltech, USC and the University of Hawai'i, we believe that HPC has unrealized promise for enabling better education via simulation, artificial intelligence, virtual humans and advanced pedagogies. We have published several article on the topic and continue to pursue implementations along these lines to serve increasing numbers of home-schooled students, on-line post-graduate studies and others in need o educational capabilities. Educational mentoring is another area of emerging capabilities.
