Budlong Restaurants is a Nashville Hot Chicken concept built out of Chicago. The Budlong restaurants are part of the larger Stone Soup Collective family which also includes BBQ Supply Co and Au Feu. Budlong is a fun-loving, fast casual restaurant that has rapidly expanded to four different Chicago locations in under two years, with two more slated for early 2018. We believe everything should be house-made and locally sourced. That includes chickens that are anti-biotic & hormone free. It's as authentic as you can get to Nashville without traveling nearly 500 miles to get there. Is it time to eat yet?
