A New Model for Development We are pioneering a new way of doing business – starting with a unique structure where GPD Charitable Trust is the principal owner of the for-profit consulting entity, DT Global. This model will allow DT Global to channel the majority of fees received from contracts back into its partner non-profit, DT Institute, to support initiatives that test new ideas or expand on donor partner priorities. Drawing on an extensive network of private sector partners and foundations, DT Institute – launching in October 2019 – will be both a funder and an implementer, driving innovation and strengthening communities and leaders. Together, the DT Global family will have the unique ability to augment existing donor-funded programs through matching grants and provide modern solutions to program financing.
