Trofý.Lab is an open synergy of people exploring the farm-to-fork journey of Food. Our workshop involves agronomists, programmers, engineers, architects and amateur farmers, envisaging the reshaping of our Food Systems, and aiming to connect land & technology. We collaborate on projects that bring us closer to nature and to the soil of earth. We develop technological applications for the purpose of the digital transformation of the Food Supply Chains, in respect to the needs of Producers & agrarian products.
