Pan Construction Inc, previously known as Longridge Corporation, is one of the most renowned contractors in the Southern California Chinese community. With virtues such as honesty, integrity, and responsible management, the company has managed to grow over its more than 20 year lifespan. In 1983, Pan Construction’s president, T.C. Pan, formed the general contracting company, Longridge Corporation. Before long, due to its excellent project management skills, Longridge quickly established its market position and became one of the largest general contractors in the community, with projects valuing over 20 million dollars a year. In 1998, as Southern California’s construction market declined and partners changed, Tim Pan joined the company and Longridge became Pan Construction Inc.
