Working in partnership with the youth sector, public bodies, young people and employers, the Youth Futures Foundation will support young people into meaningful employment, helping them to reach their full potential. Our challenge is to remove barriers for those furthest from the labour market and to help address the ethnic disparities in youth unemployment revealed in the Race Disparity Audit. As an independent organisation, with initial funding from dormant assets, we have the opportunity to deliver real and lasting change by identifying and championing what works.
