Owners Denise & Ross Weale started this business (in 2017) impart to help make a difference by providing jobs, and by giving back to their community. “After learning how to make English muffins from a friend, it was one day in 2016, when walking and discussing returning to our culinary roots, when we came upon a single piece of trash on the sidewalk which was a Thomas’ English Muffins box, and we took this as a sign to begin our journey.” Our preservative-free vegan sourdough English muffins are handmade with all-natural, non-GMO soy-free ingredients in Peekskill, NY.
