The Diversity Charter promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Signatories of the Diversity Charter - employers from the public and the private sector - promise to promote diversity in their companies/organisations. The Diversity Charter is a voluntary commitment to enhance diversity in the workplace at one or several of the following dimensions: age, gender, LGBTI, cultural, ethnic and religious diversity and labour disabilities. This involves measures, linked to financial goals, that have been formulated by the signatories themselves.
