TNB Integrated Learning Solution - ILSAS is a one-stop energy learning, advisory, services and consultancy center based in Putrajaya, Malaysia. ILSAS was first established in 1978 as a part of capacity building for the nation, specifically for the power sector under Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB).
