Founded in 1964, the company’s culture extends back to the late 1800s when Otto Orkin began what evolved into the world’s largest pest control company, Orkin Pest Control. Otto and his children operated the business until selling it to Rollins Inc. in September, 1964. At that time, his fourth child, William, established Orkin & Associates. In the years since, we have grown from a raw land investment business to a multi-faceted company holding a diversified portfolio of real estate and other assets.
