The portfolio includes both long and short term Residential Investments and developments as well as Light industrial, Commercial and Retail Parades. Over the past 25 years the company has established a diverse investment portfolio compromising Buy to Let, Freehold Ground Rents, Rack Rents and Mixed Use Parades. We are continuously looking both to reinvest into and to expand our existing portfolio. Our Development arm comprises an experienced and skilled team of Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Financiers and Sales Agents. Whilst our principal focus is the London Market, we also participate in multi-unit overseas developments in Europe and South East Asia. We facilitate Equity Release Schemes or Lease Back arrangements for private individuals and execute Share Purchase Agreements for asset based corporate entities.
