Headquartered in the Baton Rouge, LA area, Xeray Systems, Inc. is a physical energy trading company which specializes in the acquisition, transportation, processing, blending, and marketing of fuel oil blendstocks, refinery feedstocks, bunker fuels, used motor oils, asphalt flux, transmix, and distillates, utilizing strategic assets throughout North America. Xeray Systems has primary operating assets located in Vicksburg, MS, and other strategic assets located along the Gulf Coast, Mid-West, NY Harbor, and Southeast United States. Xeray Systems, Inc. was founded in Houston, TX in 1995 by Ray Mt. Joy, who quickly became a pioneer in his field by acquiring numerous refinery feedstock and off-take agreements. In 1996, Xeray joined NORA (National Oil Recyclers Association) where Mr. Mt Joy served as President during 2004 and was a longstanding board member. Xeray Systems continues it’s partnership and support of this organization today. In 2013, Xeray Systems was acquired by a group of private investors with over 100 years of oil industry experience. Along with this breadth of knowledge, this group was able to provide the assets and partnerships necessary for Xeray to expand it’s operating footprint throughout the US.
