OCG was formed by 4 people with the same vision. We were tired of hard driving sales pressure driven from Supplier sales reps to purchase more storage. We Believe that the purchase of Storage should not occur until the customer understand's their Data Footprint enabling them to make educated Storage acquisition decisions... PERIOD! With more than 100 combined years of technology experience between us, we have seen the way technology has been sold and want to change the model. We all know vendors make their money selling the latest greatest technology and sales teams are paid on commission, which means nobody gets paid until you the customer purchases something. The pressure is put on selling what's on the Truck at any given time versus what's best for the customer. We understand that Model intimately because we lived with sales quotas, MBO, Sales Incentives, rebates and spiffs all focused on driving Month End, Quarter End, Year End, New Products, Excess Inventory... HELP!!!
