Enso Innovation Lab provides early intervention through digital and physical coping skills building toolkit and support from human therapists which gives people an anonymous, safe space to vent and guides them through cognitive therapy techniques that have been proven to help in a self-care setting. Enso Innovation Lab is established on a simple premise that people everywhere regardless of identity or circumstances should have equity in availing basic mental health needs in order to make the world more mentally resilient.
