Driving apprenticeship growth in Greater Manchester through collaboration #thisismeGMAC #setthestandardGMAC The Greater Manchester Apprenticeship Company (GMAC) is an innovative new collaboration between seven of the large FE colleges across Greater Manchester and The Growth Company. The partnership is all about increasing the number of young people choosing apprenticeships as a route to a successful career. We have launched a new online apprenticeships portal designed to support and inspire students on their journey to an apprenticeship. The "This Is Me" portal is exclusively available to young people studying within the partnership, providing them with 24-7 support and access to a range of resources including help building a CV, video-based mock interviews, tips from employers and a hub of live apprenticeship vacancies. We are also collaborating on the development and delivery of new apprenticeship standards, to share knowledge and expertise and deliver consistently excellent, high-quality apprenticeships for our learners right across Greater Manchester.
