The Magic Department is a cooperative business working to radically transform how people collaborate, learn and connect with each other— in the workplace and beyond. We support organizations in their transition towards a future of work that supports the learning, creativity and well-being of each coworker. We do this by facilitating trainings and workshops, as well as by hosting longer-term processes where communities reimagine their collaboration and learning practices together.
