The Children’s Fresh Air Home is a faith based non-profit organization providing an enriching summer experience at the Jersey Shore in a safe, positive environment for children who may be living with family or community adversities. For 114 continuous years the Children’s Fresh Air Home has provided a unique summer respite for deserving children from South Jersey communities. The Home, located in North Wildwood, New Jersey provides a unique faith based, 12 day program for children ages 7 to 11 who may be living with family or community adversities. The Children’s Fresh Air Home is supported through the generous contributions of churches, civic organizations, businesses and individuals, making it possible for each child to enjoy a summer retreat at no cost to their families. Unfortunately, nearly a century of wear and tear in a seashore environment has taken its toll on the physical structure of the Home. The Century Campaign “Preserving the Exterior and Rebuilding the Interior”, is a capital campaign that has been launched to renovate and expand the current structure.
