We believe that 'strong' isn't simply defined by our physical capabilities. Nor does it have an image, gender or age requirement. However, we also believe, by physically putting ourselves in a position of struggle often, is the single best way to prepare for those unintentionally hiccups, that life occasionally throws at us.
