The company, founded in 2006 with the acquisition of Rockford Drill Head and Ettco Machine Tool in Rockford, Illinois has experienced both acquisitive and organic growth within the drilling and tapping niche of the machine tool industry as well as the automotive aftermarket fluid exchange machine industry. The company produces product under the Rockford Drill Head, Ettco, Procunier, Universal Automatic and Speedycut brand names in the machine tool industry, contract manufactures automotive fluid exchange machines for Illinois Tool Works, and provides contract machine design and detail services under the Createch Design name. "The adoption of the Createch name reflects the company’s emphasis on developing “creative technology” and automation to meet the needs of our diverse customer base. We are no longer solely a drilling and tapping head company and our name should be more representative of the company we have become. Our solutions and product offerings have outgrown our old name. Today we offer our legacy products that have stood the test of time as well as advanced technology solutions that reduce cost, improve quality and throughput. In 2016, the company consolidated all manufacturing in it’s ISO 9001:2008 registered operation in Lakeland, FL and maintains and Sales and Technical center in Rockford, IL.
