Grøn is a consultancy working for integration of nature into our society and culture as well as more sustainable human impact on nature. Our rural landscape, cities, and diverse build structures all hold larger potentials for biodiversity and if we see them, we can allow for new habitats for wildlife as well as more nature experiences for humans. Nature and green areas are not just pleasant and aesthetic recreational areas but a fundamental need for humans (health, education, mental wellbeing etc.) and our society (regulating climate, water availability, food production etc.). Grøn participate in teams working with an ecosystem services approach to nature conservation, urban development, planning and strategies. Grøn also carries out environmental impact assessments of large projects affecting protected nature, nature surveys, research and teaching, and small and cozy activities for people in nature. Grøn is not a colour but a mindset, keeping green in mind in what we do!
