GUCA is a statewide non-profit trade association that represents those companies whose primary business is the installation and rehabilitation of underground piping systems to include gas, electrical, communication, water, and sewerage distribution systems as well as water, wastewater treatment plant, landfills, dams, and other utility systems as defined by Georgia's utility contractors law.
