Young Transport Professionals provides a forum for young professionals interested in the transport industry, with its membership base representing a diverse range of transport organisations, including MTM, Alstom, Arup, V/Line, Department of Transport (DoT), RPV and others. YTP's members are encouraged to attend quarterly forums hosted by YTP and its sponsors, which include guest speakers from across the industry – from experienced transport professionals sharing their insights, through to younger members wishing to present on topics relevant to the group. YTP also provides a number of networking opportunities via its social events held throughout the year. YTP aims to promote the transport industry as a great place for young people to develop their careers and build their professional networks. YTP encourages its members to make the most of the opportunities available to them by participating in a professional association dedicated to their growth and development.
