Independent Community Advisory Association (ICAA - http://www.icaaboard.com/) is an association made up of people from within our community elected by us, the people, and will help direct and guide the business activity. 
 Our purpose: To build a sustainable business that is passed down to the next generation. Will be responsible for the daily activities associated with maintaining a business; to include all paperwork and communications. Will help facilitate communication among associates within his/her area of responsibility, as well as working in a collaborative partnership to assist associates with business assessment and planning, implementing a marketing and sales strategy, sales and technical training, customer cultivation, retention and general territory development.
