Blue Line Innovations, LLC (BLI) was founded in Chattanooga, TN in by former Law Enforcement Administrator, Mark Hutchinson. In 2017, BLI established from Blue Line Solutions, LLC, which was started in 2010. Both companies are subsidiaries and privately held by Blue Line & Associates, LLC (BLA). The company’s focus is solely on law enforcement technology innovation, case management, and chain of custody. In 2017, BLI launched the first 360° body camera called the “Warrior 360”, as well as accompanied case management software called “Fortify™”. This technology has garnered significant interest in the law enforcement and military markets and will be expanded upon as it continues penetration throughout the nation.
