HSS Recruitment was established in 2011 as a scaffolding contractor and quickly developed into a Labour Hire and Technical Resources recruitment business targeting the Mining & Resources sector. HSS rapidly established a strong synergy with the ongoing supply of personnel for maintenance & construction companies and quickly won major preferred supplier agreements with key top tier contractors. In 2015 HSS was purchased by a private investor who reviewed several similar businesses to HSS and opted to purchase the company through a strong demonstrable track record of service delivery, strong client relationship and growing success in the industry to date. Since the acquisition of HSS our purpose has remained unchanged, however extensive investment in systems, process and people has occurred to enhance the business capability.
