Renaissance Rentals is a locally owned, Bloomington based property management company. We own and manage approximately 700 apartment homes across 6 apartment communities (Covenanter Hill, MeadowCreek, Scholar's Rock, Scholar's Quad, Scholar's Rooftop & SummerHouse at Indiana.
