Our Facilities Maintenance services ensures that Spaklean managed facilities are efficiently run without any service interruptions. We take care of air-cordintions, electrical and power systems, yard and lawn care, plumbing systems, servicing office appliances, and general maintenance. With project management we provide support for renovations, refurbishments, office partitioning, move ins and move outs. We offer post construction cleaning, floor renewing, yard maintenance and supervision of major projects.
