Experience the convenience of finding everything you’re looking for within one store; from luxury brands and designer fashion to an extensive range of beauty, fragrance, electronics, liquor products and wine. July 2009 saw JR/Duty Free’s operations expand across the Tasman and into Auckland, New Zealand. More JR/Duty Free stores followed in quick succession – Wellington International Airport in July 2009 and Christchurch International Airport in July 2010. Back in Australia in March 2012 JR/Duty Free commenced trading at Cairns International Airport and in Perth International Airport on 1 November 2013. The most recent addition to the JR/Duty Free portfolio is Brisbane International Airport commencing trade in September 2014. As a natural extension to the success of JR/Duty Free, the luxury watch division, JR/Watch Co. was conceived, offering some of the world’s most prestigious watch brands. Opening first in 2009 within the Brisbane JR/Duty Free store, JR/Watch Co. now boasts two luxury boutiques situated at Melbourne International Airport and Auckland International Airport and operates the Longines flagship store in Pitt Street, Sydney. JR/Watch Co. luxury boutiques are included in the future plans for both Perth and Brisbane Airports.
