Selected as a Communications Team federal contractor with Gallup/ORC Macro, the managing director and founder of Pegasos managed the communications strategies for over 100 school districts and municipalities through improvised social marketing strategies that focused on decreasing school violence immediately following Columbine. The core of the Pegasos model is based on creating and implementing "blueprint" marketing strategies that can be adapted for small to medium sized businesses, non-profits, government, universities, and entrepreneurs. Clients include the Carrollwood Area Business Association for whom Pegasos manages all social media and the annual Taste of Carrollwood festival, Beacon Asset Management/the LaVoy Team; Carrollwood Copy Center, Relevo, The Reading Corner, the Telia Agency, Moonshine Creative to name a few. Managing Director, Kelly Stuart Williams, holds a Masters Degree in Public Relations with a Marketing major from the University of South Florida (USF). As well, Kelly has been the Director of Development for USF Health and for the College of Business Administration and the President/CEO of the Mental Health Association of Greater Tampa Bay. Pegasos was created as an "External Chief Marketing Officer" model that specializes in creating and applying evidence-based marketing and public relations strategies for small businesses and non-profits.
