Force Forward wants to have a positive impact on the physical and mental wellbeing of thousands of the ex-forces community. Through providing easily accessible online group & 1:1 coaching as well as a series of physical and mental challenges I hope to empower and encourage personal growth, post military. We will inspire ex forces to fully recognise their transferrable skills and transform their lives. Building an ex-forces network by re-uniting old colleagues and friends as well as introducing veterans to new people to extend their network. Bringing people together in a safe non-judgemental environment where they can share experiences and help one another.
