Our mission is simple - to be the only resource science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) graduates need to find rewarding careers in consulting, the biotech, pharma and device industries, nonprofits and more! We focus on three areas to help STEM graduates find rewarding careers: 1. Career Counseling We are expert mentors and professionals with invaluable experience in government consulting; management consulting; biotech, pharmaceuticals and medical device industries; Federal government and nonprofits. Our STEM Career Services career counselors followed the same career path as you, earned BS, MS and PhDs in STEM fields and successfully found jobs in the private sector. We want to share our experiences and help YOU find a job. Whether you are just getting a BS degree, completing a postdoc or are an established professional looking for a career change, we can help. 2. Workshops focused on… - The importance of STEM-trained candidates in nonacademic careers - How to transfer your academic/industry skills to private sector careers - Where to look for nonacademic/laboratory jobs - How to craft a resume that will get you noticed by hiring managers - How to blow away the competition at interviews Workshops are taught by members of our coaching panel. You will learn by hearing actual case studies, seeing mock interviews and being exposed to the most up-to-date information about this career field. 3. Job Placement Attendees who have completed a STEM Career Services workshop will be invited to join our STEM Career Services Enterprise Resume Network, where they will take priority in job placement services. This exclusive benefit will give you privileged exposure to positions with government contracting organizations that are suitable to your skills and experiences.
