ESchool4Girls is building and inspiring our next generation of female entrepreneurs and leaders. Through a community of partners and leaders we show our students (and the world) how an entrepreneurial mindset can make many things possible. Our flagship program is a two-week summer intensive at NYU designed to empower young women to become confident leaders and entrepreneurs. We strive to give High School students from under-resourced and minority backgrounds the experiences that enable them to take initiative, pave their own paths and have the courage to achieve their own definition of success. Our E-School Entrepreneurs learn in a hands-on, step-by-step framework where they begin their journey to develop ventures focused on identifying and solving today's real-life problems. Our program covers personal skills, as well as professional and business development in a collaborative pre-college environment where our students engage with successful entrepreneurs, college professors, corporate leaders, and each other all while developing their entrepreneurial mindset as we take them through the entrepreneurs' business model framework (Business Model Canvas) and bring them to a variety of innovative business environments. ESchool4Girls provides the exposure and experiences necessary for success. Our students’ possibilities are transformed as they learn and then demonstrate their new skills. Our girls learn to showcase their talents and we show our students that they have the power to change their trajectory.
