Healthy Foundations is a Collective Integrated Healthcare initiative of North Georgia Healthcare Center. The innovative Community Resource Village is being designed to meet the integrated primary health, behavioral health, and social needs of the Northwest Georgia community, and will serve others throughout the State. The centrally located site (on 374 acres) will include a healthcare/counseling center, independent living with supportive services, workforce and youth development opportunities, and much more. Healthy Foundations will feature a Veterans Village to serve the unique behavioral health, substance use, and housing needs of veterans. A Groundbreaking is being planned for early 2021 along with an Inaugural Event & Dedication Ceremony later in the spring. Healthy Foundations will be hiring up to 250 quality employees ranging from facilities maintenance and childcare staff to counselors and physicians.
