All Times Are Local is the only fosters-first organization that amplifies youth voice and opportunity through cell phones and unlimited data for their futures in Chicago who want connectivity during an era of increasingly necessary access to technology. All Times Are Local started as an idea to help older youth who were aging out of foster care, but it came to mean something more. All Times Are Local is meant to symbolize the connections that we’ve made, that we’re making, and that we’ll continue to make, no matter where we are. Whether it’s giving someone literal connection when they enroll in our Phones for Fosters program or by connecting them across communities here in Chicago and across the country, All Times Are Local works to build up these bonds and sustain them for as long as we can.
