Lost Motos is a mens mental health group based in Sydney, that helps give men a support network within the motorcycling community and break down the stigma that surrounds mens mental health. We ride on road and dirt to get away from city life and breathe in some fresh air. This can be a quick blast through the suburbs, one-day rides, or run over a few days. The point is to reflect on yourself, encourage your mates along the journey, and make new ones to be there for support and guidance. We are not qualified professionals in mental health; but in fact, some of us see our own counsellors and psychologists who help us understand our own anxieties and depression. Remember: it’s okay not to be okay.
