Wine and viticulture are the pillars of our project and of our family. Our wines are identified with aridity, with a very closed and resistant flora and with the difficulties of achieving wines where water stress makes the fruits more attractive. Our project was established in Queretaro seeking an identification with all the wines and terroir of the Mexican Central Highlands, following the family experiences and traditions that take root in the life experience of its founder. The wines want to transmit the goodness of the wine associated with each step of the process, from the terroir selection, the characteristics of the grapes, the commitment of the farmers and all the culture and activities that are linked to the production and creation of unique wines. We are part of the small history of Colon collaborating in the first Harvest Festivals of this municipality and seeking to position our brand as an experience of Mexican wines and all the culture associated with them. Today we are working so that the project grows in a rational dimension so that it allows living from this activity and generating a whole environment of life and work for the Ejido of Villa Colon.
