The DDE-X Rolling-Thunder™ Fuel-Less "Auxiliary Power Unit" (APU) Product System is an is retro-fitted onto existing CLASS 8 trucks on the bulkhead behind the cab. Then the Kinetic Energy Harvesting System has a follower wheel as-assembly make contact between the duel wheels of the truck wheels and this is how we collect kinetic motion and as the follower wheel spins it is connected through a belt system to the enclosure where a common drive shaft spins inside the enclosure. The spinning shaft turns a bank of alternators that produce 12 V DC power as they are excited. Then the DC power is stored in our 24 Kw Hour Battery Bank so when the vehicle is stopped the stored energy is then converted to AC power that then runs the Air Conditioner, heater, block heater, and other hotel needs on a CLASS 8 truck while it is stopped. So when stopped and using our Rolling-Thunder™ Fuel-less APU the truck uses no diesel fuel.
